Canal cruise on the Lune aqueduct – coach trip

A Canal Cruise and Cream Tea on the Lune Aqueduct, Lancaster on Thursday 15 September 2022.
The cost for this lovely experience is £35. Please book before 28 August.
The day begins with about 3 hours to enjoy Lancaster before the cruise along the fabulous Lune Aqueduct, where you will have a cream tea.
The coach will pick up at the Supermarket car park, off Queen Street, Middlewich at 9.00 am. and the Memorial Court, car-park side, in Northwich at 9.20 am.
We will start our journey back at 4.30 pm.
Lancaster is a vibrant city with plenty to see and do. The castle overlooks the town and you will find two shopping centres to browse the shops.
At 2.30 we will assemble at the Kingfisher Cruise mooring in Queen St for our cruise. During the 1½ hr ride you will be served a cream tea (scone with jam and cream and tea or coffee). Afterwards the coach will meet us to bring us back home, we can make a toilet stop on the return journey.
Note: There are toilets on the boat but none at the wharf. There is no access to the boat for wheelchairs but walking frames are welcome.

Payments can be made online with a debit or credit card. Unfortunately, cash cannot be accepted. Cheques should be made payable to the N Wales & NW England Rotary Passport Trust and sent to 15 Twemlow Avenue, Sandbach CW11 1GL to arrive at least 14 days prior to the trip.
Card payments can only be made online through the WeTravel website via the Rotary Passport website.
Should passengers need to cancel their trip once paid, a coach fee refund may be due depending on the notice period as outlined below.

In addition to the above it should be noted that where tickets have been purchased e.g. Theatre or entrance tickets, these are non-refundable. We are happy to transfer these to a passenger of your choice who may be able to go in your place.
There will be no seat reservations available. Pets are not permitted on the coach, with the exception of disability assistance dogs.
Whilst passengers may bring their own snacks and drinks on the trip, coach companies politely request that these are not consumed on the coach itself unless you have been advised differently by a Rotary Passport representative.
Rotary Passport trips have a Representative on the coach and contact details of this person will be given out during the outbound journey should contact need to be made during the trip. Our representatives, however, do not provide personal care. Passengers are required to be independent and ambulant on the trip or they must bring a friend/relative/carer with them. Mobility aids may be taken and will be stored in the coach luggage compartment. The Rotary Passport Club may, at their discretion, refuse a reservation.
