Claire ( Cheshire hub) is a Teacher 
and she has been working with Kathy and Georgina (Specialist Schools Advisors)
and she has been working with Kathy and Georgina (Specialist Schools Advisors) 
to provide Maths boxes
to school students in Cheshire .
.Each of these boxes contain specially adapted equipment
to help those students who are blind or visually impaired
to improve their Maths studies
They raised the funds by selling
by selling‘Animal’ hessian bags in the locall area
which proved very popular
Consequently enough money was raised for 2 boxes
Wrexham Rotary Club has also presented a Maths box
to Pen y Gelli County Primary School, Wrexham.
The Maths box was funded half by Wrexham Rotary Club
was funded half by Wrexham Rotary Cluband half by Rotary N Wales & NW England Rotary Club
from the recent award from the
National Lottery Community Fund for Wales
Venerable Edward Morgan School are almost at target
to purchase a Maths box for a School in Flintshire
This is such an important project
and a great opportunity for Rotary to collaborate
with Schools and the local communities
to assist these students in their studies
in their studiesand an additional bonus is the boxes can go with the
Students as they move to senior school
and they can be used and re-used several times
