New recruits for the Easter Bag project

So many adults and children

in our Community have joined in

our Easter Rainbow Bag Project

These fabulous handmade boxes

( with gorgeous Lindt chocolate inside)

and the very splendid cards

were made and donated by a Passporter’s neighbour

And the other fabulous cards

have been handmade

by the children at St Werburgh’ and St Columba’s school

Each card has a personal message inside,

written by the child who made it

How wonderful, and possibly emotional,

for the elderly, who may have had a tough year

to open their Easter Bags and see

that friends in their community genuinely care about them

and have spent time making these gorgeous gifts
