Collaboration is key

There are 4 Rotary Clubs in Wrexham

Wrexham

Yale

Erddig and

Glyndwr

Each Club collaborates with Passport Wrexham hub

to support Rhos Community Cafe and food bank

Regular collections are made from Tesco and the Co-op

to make sure their excess food

goes to the people that need it

Many hours are spent each week on the collections

and regularly more than 40 boxes of food

are delivered to Rhos food bank

It’s such a worthwhile cause

and just goes to show

what teamwork can achieve

Recipe boxes are a big success at Rhos Each Recipe Box has the recipe and ingredients

for a substantial family meal and

they are proving very popular

It’s an ongoing and sustainable project between the 5 Clubs

and Passporters are always eager

to join with other Clubs in our District

on projects for the community
