Rainbow bags update

Rotary Passport 1180 is so fortunate

to have such a huge amount of support

from the community right across our District for our projects

It’s time for a little update about how the

Christmas Rainbow bags are going

And WOW it’s awesome

!!Here are some of the amazing things that are happening!!

These gorgeous bags

have been designed and decorated

by Sew Friendly by Mary

Thank you sew () so much

Not only will the children have a selection of gifts

but also they will have a fabulous bag

to keep their treasures safe

Wrexham hub already have 50 bags ready to go

but are hoping for lots more .

An amazing group of young people

at Ysgol Clywedog, Wrexham

have donated all the gifts in the photos

Our thanks to School Head Matt Vickery

and Teacher Megan Jones for your support

So………..how did it happen

The Head Girl and Head Boy took the lead

and organised a non-uniform day

Instead of donating £1, each student donated a gift

Thank you to all the fabulous young people who have-

and still are, donating

You are making a huge difference to children’s lives

Rhos Community cafe will be handing

the Rainbow bags to little ones whose

Mums and Dads have had a tough year

If anyone would like to donate to this happiness project

Morrisons in Wrexham will be pleased to accept your gifts

(More news about the great work schools in our other hubs

are doing tomorrow. So many incredible young people

thinking of others )
